It was very orange (and very ugly), like this one. License plate: CUTE M4. Unfortunately no SR20 though :(

It’s quite ugly from the front.

I think everything in Lexus’s current line up is fugly. I hate the hard lines and predator face.

I should clarify, the color is great, it’s just the car that’s ugly! Between this orange and that deep blue, Lexus has some great colors, but not even that can help fix the look of their cars.

I did a double take when I saw the plate, it legitimately made me smile hahaha
I’m not sure it should be provoking any M4s though, it might not win that fight!

It might not win just like the ATS-V, but all in that class are still the radness in their own way. For RC-F, the induction noise is addicting and where it will win for sure will be in the long term quality race for obvious reasons lol :] Plus, many do like the looks. I see it as a big middle finger to the competitor’s design and to a small point, other Lexus vehicles lol

I’ve seen an orange one where I live. Pretty sure it’s a college student. I would definitely drive one over an M4. Lexus’ designs are polarizing, you either love them or hate them.

You might be the only person on Oppo that doesn’t like the RC-F. There’s a good number of us that would have it over the M4

You have a point! I certainly don’t blame anyone for buying one, I’m sure it’s a great car and is fun to drive, I was just referring to the M4 probably being a little faster/better handling. That said, considering these cars aren’t normally being driven at 10/10ths anyway, in all honesty those few .1s of a second don’t matter much. Would it be my choice? Probably not, but I’m glad it exists still.

I’ve driven neither an M4 or the RC-F so I can’t say for sure which one I’d prefer in that regard. The M4 is certainly better looking though, imo.

I don’t like the way it looks, that’s for sure. But do I dislike it as a car? No, I’m all for powerful, RWD luxury coupes. I’m glad they make it.

Well luckily for you they also make this...
My parents saw one at SEMA and both absolutely fell in love.

The backstory on the mouth is so great that I’ve come to like the grill more and more.

Mr Toyoda invented the automatic weaving loom and that’s what started Toyota. The spindle grill is based off of a weaving loom spindle

Huh, that’s neat. It’s still ugly as hell on the cars but I like the attempt at paying tribute to that
